"I was referred to Terry Keast by my attorney to evaluate the damage to my property and home from a storm. Terry had originally built the foundation of my home many years ago and was extremely knowledgeable about the grade, soil, drainage patterns, and runoff that had caused the flooding of my property. Terry made recommendation that the flooding was from the upslope property and was the upslopes property owners’ liability. Terry coordinated with my attorney to recover damages. He brought a civil engineer to gain reimbursement and develop a plan to protect my property and home. Once I was reimbursed by the insurance company, Terry suggested a runoff system in my backyard to properly and responsibly divert future flooding. I had such faith in Terry that I expanded the project.
